Volunteer

Since our beginning in 1987, volunteers have played central roles in fulfilling the Bridging mission.  Whether you want to volunteer on a regular or flexible basis, Bridging offers meaningful and manageable ways to be connected. 

Individual and Group Volunteers are needed during all hours of operation.  Opportunities vary depending on warehouse location and service area. Individual volunteers are asked to commit to a minimum of 20 service hours and must be 14 years of age or older.

Corporate, Church, School and Civic Groups are encouraged to participate in our volunteer program.  Please contact the Volunteer Department to receive a more comprehensive listing on project ideas, group sizes and time commitment.  We can custom fit a project to meet both your needs as a group organizer and benefit Brdiging Families.  Submit the online Volunteer Interest Form below.  A staff member will be in touch.

Plan a Community Product Drive for families in transition and collect items at your church, place of work or school.  Drives are a great way for people to get involved, spread the word about the mission, and connect people to volunteer opportunties in their community.  Bridging representatives are happy to provide an energizing presentation and tour of the warehouse to help kick off the event.  Learn more; call our External Relations Manager at 952-888-0777.
